Villa Picaud is a wonderfully comfortable villa, elegantly furnished in a mixture of antique and modern furniture.  The open-plan lounge is comfortable and spacious, giving a feeling of tranquility. 

The 18th century monastery table in the dining room seats eight, with another attractive paved terrace and dining area just outside.

Both dining areas are accessible to a bright, airy, fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom is furnished with a 160cm/5ft. 3 in. wide bed (larger than Queen size) and adjoins a small dressing room with an ensuite bathroom.

There is a second double bedroom on the first floor, which also has a small dressing area and bathroom.

There are also two twin rooms on the first floor, one of which has a roof terrace garden.

Amenities include a wide-screen  Hitachi TV with Sky-Digital  (UK) satellite entertainment with an amazing choice of channels, including an all zone' Samsung combined DVD/VCR, France Telecom Wi-Fi ADSL and an international telephone connection with three wireless handsets. The villa is air-conditioned throughout with individual temperature controls in the living room and three of the bedrooms.

Villa Picaud offers a unique, safe, downtown beachfront location. The golden, sandy beach is two minutes walk, accessed by a private, gated road.

A pleasant 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive along the seafront to the Old Port of Cannes, the Festival Hall, restaurants, cinemas, casinos, nightlife and luxury brand shopping along the world-famous la Croisette and rue d'Antibes.
